Dan has worked in eCommerce for around 20 years. He has worked within companies in eCommerce functions, up to CMO level, has worked on projects for more than 100 eCommerce businesses as a consultant, and has co-owned a couple of eCommerce businesses with millions of visitors and hundreds of millions of turnover between them over the years. He enjoys the opportunity that eCommerce has brought and can bring to people all over the world.

Dave Cain | Head of Digital Marketing | Arriva Group

Dave started his digital journey back in 2002 originally as a web designer/developer and very quickly moved into the online marketing sector as an SEO and PPC specialist. Shannon Cross | Senior Manager, eCommerce | Nestle Purina Petcare

Shannon is a proven leader in eCommerce Marketing, specializing in retail digital media and search. She currently works in the CPG industry leading eCommerce strategies for Nestle Purina Petcare in Canada, and consults for many of Nestle’s other brands at a global level. Throughout her 6+ years of experience, Shannon has led eCommerce search and marketing on Amazon, Walmart and Loblaws which are some of the largest grocery retailers in Canada. She is a Lead Instructor at Brain Station in Toronto, educating the industry’s up and coming professionals in digital marketing, and has guest lectured at Fanshawe College and Western University. Shannon is also a judge for the Canadian Search Awards, and has previously been a judge for the Ontario Colleges Marketing Competition.

Adrian Cutler | Director | Microsoft Search Advertising

Adrian is a regular keynote speaker, award judge and panellist at industry events such as Cannes, Adweek, SMX and DMexco. As a Futurist, Adrian is deliberate in demystifying cutting edge tech such as Quantum and AI to show how not only how tech can save the greatest and most precious commodity to humanity, time, but also how its place in the world can empower us all to truly amplify what we are naturally capable of through our own human ingenuity. Martina Di Giacomi | eCommerce - Digital Manager | Swatch Group 

Martina is a watch lover in a digital world. She started her career in a jewelry start up, who grew so fast and became a white flag for the industry. She truly believe in the magic of social network and her boss was used to say “I pay you for playing on Facebook” In a couple of years she managed the biggest community of beads fans in the world. Adam Everatt | Head of Product - eCommerce | Sainsburys

Adam has been leading and growing passionate digital teams for over a decade with specific focus on go to market for new product development, digital transformation and driving ecommerce growth. He joined Argos in 2016 and since the acquisition with Sainsbury’s has been leading the digital agenda as Head of Product across all brands Sainsbury’s, Argos, Habitat and Tu. Prior to joining the Sainsbury’s group Adam spent 8 years at Walmart Global Ecommerce driving the digital growth for George.com within Asda.

Diego Fria | eCommerce Director | Totême

Diego Fria leads the eCommerce team at luxury fashion house Totême, helping create the overall digital strategy and product vision. Having recently re-platformed to Shopify Pus and launched a Tmall store in China, Totême is going through rapid change to support and fuel their hyper-growth phase. Diego is passionate about creating value for customers and fans of the brand leveraging the right tech to achieve this. He’s originally from Buenos Aires and loves tech as much as he loves tango.

Davina Lines | MANAGING DIRECTOR | ECOMMERCE CLUB & MIXING DIGITAL

Ronald has been in B2C and B2B Digital leadership roles for over 15 years with Nike, Bugaboo and Staples, across Business and IT. Philip is a commercially focused leader and customer champion who is passionate about serving customers and enhancing their shopping experiences as well as developing strategic partnerships with other leaders in eCommerce & Technology. He joined Kellogg’s in 2020 to lead the eCommerce business across Europe with responsibility to define and deliver a transformational strategy and operating plans to ensure Kellogg’s meet and exceed the huge potential of this channel. He previously spent 13 years at Asda Wal-Mart in a variety of Commercial & Customer facing roles and spent the last 5 years as Senior Director Online Grocery Trading, helping Asda grow profitably the online business and significantly ahead of the market and winning The Grocer Award for Online Grocer of the Year in 2020.
